Still Home Signature Room
A comprehensive decorating plan that takes the guesswork out of pulling a room together. Every selection is considered in relation to your style, lifestyle and budget.
Starting at $995 + HST per room

- In-home consultation and project goals

- Furniture layout and selections
- Artwork, rug, accessory and lighting recommendations
- Shopping list with sourcing links and pricing
- 3D rendered visuals
- Two revisions
Ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, home offices, entryways, kids’ rooms and spaces that need a complete decorating direction.
Multi-Room Decorating Package
A connected decorating direction throughout your home, while giving each room its own personality. Includes an initial consultation, whole-home style and colour direction, room-by-room plans, mood boards, furniture and décor recommendations, sourcing links and implementation options.
Investment:
- Two spaces: starting at $1,750 + HST
- Three spaces: starting at $2,450 + HST
- Four or more spaces: custom quote

Your Still Home Consultation is a personalized, one-on-one session designed to give you clarity, direction and confidence in your space.
- In-home consultation and discussion of your style, lifestyle and goals

- Advice on what to keep, replace or repurpose
- Suggestions for furniture, lighting, artwork and décor
- Decorating direction tailored to your budget
You’ll leave with practical recommendations you can put into action yourself or build on with a more hands-on decorating package.
Your consultation fee can go further: If you book a Room Refresh, Signature Room or Multi-Room Decorating Package within 14 days, the $195 consultation fee is credited toward your decorating service fee. Terms apply; the credit is not redeemable for cash.
Additional hands-on services
Want help beyond the decorating plan? Services can be added based on the needs and scope of your project.
- Curated sourcing: Research and selection of vintage, secondhand and new pieces to suit your space and budget.
- Procurement and ordering: Assistance with purchasing approved items and coordinating orders.
- In-home styling: Arranging furniture, layering accessories and bringing finishing details together.
- Installation and styling day: Hands-on support to put your decorating plan into action.
- Additional design work: $65/hour for work outside the agreed package scope, with approval before additional work begins.
Additional services are quoted before work begins. Furniture and décor purchases, delivery, contractor costs and other third-party expenses are separate unless specifically included in your proposal.
